Nissan S12 Silvia SGL 1986

Car is IN HAMILTON.

Looking at selling my S12 since I want to go overseas at the end of the year. As, such it doesn't look like I'll be able to keep it. It's in fair condition for its age and would make an excellent project for someone or a reliable daily (which is what it has been for me). The car has been stored in a garage while I've owned it.

Spec: 2.0L engine (CA20E) 5 speed gearbox H190 Solid axle diff S13 CA18DE Radiator Two-tone silver and dark grey original paint (pretty tired) Pop-up headlights
15" x 6 old school mesh mags Sony cd player and 6x9s

Problems: It has a small crack in the windscreen in the very lowest right hand corner. I went to Novus and apparently it can't be fixed, but they said it might still be warrantable as it is. If not it is $350 for a brand new windscreen.

Also, one of the park lights has a crack in it

This car has been an awesome little runabout for me over the last half a year or so. I've spent about $200 - $300 getting rust cut out and it seems to be essentially RUST FREE as far as I can tell. The engine has a decent amount of pull for a SOHC and doesn't use oil or water. The suspension is bit soft and if you want it for really spirited driving I would suggest getting lowered suspension (i.e. coilovers, etc).

The steering wheel is not original (this car is not turbo), and the odometer reading is approximate since the instrument cluster has been replaced (the original tachometer was broken and not repairable apparently) and reads approximately 170000ish.

Would be good to see it go to someone who will get as much fun out of it as I have.
