Toyota Landcruiser 1986

This is one awesome truck. A short wheel base road registered, wof'ed short wheel base tuff truck with a certified 350 chev engine transplant.

From front to rear:

• Warn electric winch;
• Bullbars with side protection bars;
• 50mm body lift;
• Twin electric fans, (manual switch);
• Rebuilt 350 Chev with honed bores, new rings, new bearings, new Crower cam (most torquey cam available), new lifters, new double springs, new hardened push rods, new headman headers, new Holley 650 carb with vacuum secondaries, new Edelbrook inlet manifold, new supercharge 4x4 battery, etc;
• New paddle clutch, new pressure plate, new clutch plate;
• Standard Toyota 5 speed manual gearbox;
• Lockrite lockers in both the front and rear diffs;
• 35 inch BFG Goodrich mud terrains, brand new 4,500 kms ago, second air bead lockers on the 2 rear tyres; Rear protection bars.

I spent $3,500 having all the rust taken out of the body when the motor was rebuilt. Some rust is now again evident, however the chassis is good.

This has been a really fun truck, however I can only really take one son when I take it out and my wife wants the whole family of 6 to go out in the boat we'll buy with the truck money.
