Toyota fj 40 1976

Only selling this as need money to fix my other fj40 club truck this was being used everyday up until last week have only stopped as wof n rego just run out

GOOD POINTS ARE

bonnet,front panel,front guards,front inner guards, windscreen surround, front doors,roof and lower rear doors are fibreglass, has aftermarket seats (very comfortable)Bench seats in rear,front ally chequered floor rare 5speed manual gearbox(sits at 100k all day) aftermarket rev counter,diff breathers,New handbrake shoes fully floating rear axle, diffs and gearbox oils changed 3 months ago. Flew through wof 6 months ago so cant be anything major this time.

BAD POINTS ARE

clutch has just started slipping ($150 from bnt) still drives, has slight damage to front panel,slight damage to passenger side front guard ally step( bigger than i thought rock), has repair on screen surround,Engine has flat spot and can be hard to start if left for a few weeks, been told this is a common problem and needs a carb seal kit ($100 from repco)

THINGS I KNOW NEEDED FOR WOF

drivers mirror, rear light lens two front lights and prob 2 tyres.Plus the usual clean and adjust brakes and handbrake.

FRONT BULLBAR IS NOT INCLUDED IN THIS AUCTION AS I WANT IT FOR MY OTHER CRUISER

I,ve been as honest as i can be with this auction and will add info if i remember anything else with $1 this of course is sold as is where is but i would drive it to auckland without any worries
