Yamaha DT230 (2stroke)
Description
This a 1999 DT230.It is a dual purpose bike, the ultimate development of the 2 stroke engine. It is fully road legal.
It is a single cylinder, liquid cooled, oil injected, YPVS (power valve for more grunt at low revs), Traction Control ,highly advanced 2 stroke developing 40HP. It is faster then 250 bikes.It has an 11 ltr tank ( including 3 ltrs reserve) and I have regularly seen more than 200km before hitting reserve.
This bike rides superbly on or off road. Not really a beginner bike but the traction control is here to smooth things out. It will cruise at 100kph and has a top speed of 165kph. It has a digital speedo (dual trip meter, clock, total Km's and speed)

It has 2 month old tires with lots of tread left and a 6 month's old chain. Never had any sort of trouble at all
It has been used on adventure rides, as you would expect therefore a couple of minor scratches (front guard).
Price reduced by more then 600$, urgent need fo cash. Questions, test drive welcome.
