SAUNDERS MOTORCYCLE ENGINEERING (UK) FRAME BUILDING JIG

This is the Frame Building Jig I used in The UK during the course of my UK business Saunders Motorcycle Engineering (UK)

I built 4 frames on it from T45 and Reynolds 531 tubing, 2 for Saunders Suzuki 1000's, 1 for a Saunders Suzuki 1100, and 1 for a Saunders Jota 1000. I also partly built two aluminum framed TZ350 prototype frames on it. It was also used for modifying a chopper frame

Road tests on the finished machines were published in various UK bike magazines

This was the third frame jig I designed and built. The first I used to build the frames for the Silver Dream Racer as featured in the movie of the same name.

I designed this jig as a Universal Frame Building Jig so it has plenty of adjustments available to the builder, and it can rotate over 180 degrees for ease of welding.

The swing arm jig shown in the photo is not available but I can help with the fabrication of another one.

Some Frame building tuition is available with the jig.
