Notes:

• First registered in NZ in 1980.
• Regularly serviced by local mechanic.
• Has a number of small dents, scratches, and rust on door edges etc as would be expected for age.
• 88226 Km’s (Only 5 digit speedometer but believed to be correct).
• Original roof.
• No major accidents.
• Original paint (except where rust / scratches have been removed)
• Only two owners since new, with the current owner since 1981.
• 4 almost new tyres (front 2x 175/70/R13 and rear 2x 155/80/R13)
• New clutch a few years ago
• Garaged entire life.
• Achieved a speeding ticket during holiday period – Feb 2012. (56km p/h in a 50km!!)
• The Avenger is also known as the 'Hillman Avenger'.

Issues / faults:

• Choke light appears to be constantly on.
• Rust is evident, buyer inspection recommended.
• Oil level light on occasion has intermittent fault, but not currently present.

I live close to both AA & VTNZ testing stations and am more than happy to take for an inspection on your behalf (but at your cost).

I am selling this car on behalf of my elderly neighbour (apparently not so elderly) and will be liaising with all questions and inspections. The transfer of ownership & payment will be done with the owner direct.
