LS1 4L65E 4 Speed Auto

Condition of trans unknown but came with an engine that runs fine and had 100k on the clock.Used a T56 manual trans instead so no longer need this one.

With my stand alone Fast / TCI computer advertised in another auction , you can run this trans behind an old holden or chev non computer car. The overdrive in this box is 0.7 so if you are doing 3000rpm in your 3 speed auto car , then with this trans you will do 2000rpm at the same speed. The lock up torque converter probably drops the rpms by another 300 rpm. Making the car much quieter and much more economical. They also have a lower first gear so you get off the line quicker. They are stronger than a T700 auto , and you can adjust the shift firmness , and gear changes , which you cannot do with other autos Suit commodore 1998 - 2005 V8 , chev camaro , vette , firebird nova , shoebox etc
