Auction is for a set of disk brake conversion brackets , laser cut out of 10mm thick plate to suit Subaru Leone calipers. Had trouble with this conversion so got my own brackets made up and have worked well. Got a few extra made up as I've had a few people ask me about this conversion
This is a great rear brake upgrade for 60 & 70 series landcruisers ( Pre 90 70 series) Using the subaru calipers , their handbrake acuates off the piston ( ie ,is hydraulic) making it extremely effective for firm parking compared to the old drum brakes or even conventional disk brakes that operate shoes inside a rotor ( Had factory disks on my 70 before this upgrade and had issues with the shoes being ineffective on the rotor)
