1uz Conversion Instructions - Engine Preparation

As many people know - I do a lot of work on Lexus 1uzfe vehicles, full 1uz conversions and sell many parts for 1uz-fe. Over the 9 years I have been working on them I have gathered heaps of knowledge.

To help people who want to complete this conversion I have written a set of instructions focusing on preparing your engine. They include lots of pictures and show how our professional workshop (which specialises in V8 and other conversions) completes the job.

These instructions cover Series 1, 2 and VVti 1uz engines.

If you are considering doing a conversion or getting a mechanic to do it then these instructions are for you. They will answer most questions you have (and as a result I will not be answering so many questions on my auctions).

Yes I do also want to sell you parts so there is a little bit of advertising in it but my main focus is getting more high quality conversions onto the road, with most of the work done by the owner of the vehicle.

Instructions also include my email address to ask any questions I have not covered in the sheets.

I also have full wiring instructions for the 6 main Toyota 1uz ecu configurations over a couple of years for those who wish to wire their own motors. These are now selling. I also offer a wiring service either with the vehicle in the workshop or mail order looms.

Presently these instructions are posted out on CD, but we do plan on having them electronically avaliable later in the year. Allow a week for delivery.
