Instructions:

1. Just prior to each use, work the earplugs between your fingers (10-15 seconds) to soften and make moldable (to the texture of play dough).
2. Using your index finger, push (firmly & flatly) the ear plug against your ear canal until a good seal is felt.
3. To remove: Pinch the ear plug between your thumb and index finger, gently pull downward to loosen the seal then remove from your ear.
