1975 DUCATI 860 GTS Bevel 'square case' (original black plate)

This is a lovely honest unmolested bike; best described as original with aged patina rather than showroom condition (too good to restore) everything is there and works.

Engine and gearbox is exceptionally strong and without any mechanical issues, no smoke or funny noises. This was an Australian new bike … which is Ideal for any Australian collector or investor. I have a list of all the things that have been recently completed, including a full service. (Please refer to previous owners comments regarding work he completed).

Bike is fitted with genuine stamped Conti pipes which enhance the renowned V- twin Ducati sound. Bike is also fitted with Koni adjustable rear shocks.

This bike is a pleasure to ride, loads of torque and will rev freely. The way the power is delivered is truly a joy, amazing on twisty roads. Road holding is in a class of its own, a very usable classic. Low numbers of these bikes were made (I understand only some 5,000 odd units were ever made) helps make the GTS a desirable and collectable motorcycle. This motorcycle will only ever increase in value.
