Handlebar Tie-down Straps

Our quality 800Kg rated Handlebar straps make securing your bike safe and easy.

These are great for use on the Interislander!!!

Made in Europe and TUV approved, these straps are designed to protect your bike in transit. By using regular hooked straps around the handlebars/frame to secure your bike on a trailer or ute, you run the risk of scratches and rub marks or worse!

By using our special Handlebar straps you're securing the bike in the same way every time, and protecting your expensive bodywork.

Instructions

1. Load motorcycle into van/trailer/ute, placing the front wheel against a secure stop.
2. Place machine on side/centre/paddock stand, or get a second person to hold the machine until secure.
3. Grasp the two cuffs, one in each hand and pull apart far enough to slip the cuffs over each grip being careful not to catch any switch gear or levers
4. Pull down on both end loops and attach to your own tie down hooks/rachet straps, making sure that the anchor points pull down and slightly forward on to the front wheel stop. The tie down points should always be as far apart as possible.
