2007 Homebuilt tandem braked enclosed Motorcross Trailer

Dimensions: 3.6m long (+ drawbar) 2.1m wide (internal) 1.9m high (internal)

Exterior: made from Signbond in gloss white (which is two sheets of aluminium with plastic in the middle - much stronger than regular aluminium which show little dents) and galvanised cappings. Led lights all round. 16 inch alloy wheels.

Interior: Ceretone in gloss white. Workbench with draws underneath. Interior lighting - led lights running off battery mounted in front.

Aluminium chequer plate floor with tie down hooks flush mounted. Wheel chocks for two bikes and third bike goes up against bench at the front.fits three bikes easily.

Rear door folds upwards with gas mounted struts (great for when it's raining).

Framework made out of 50x50mm box section which is much stronger/easier to mount things on the wall (eg cupboards) than freezer panel.

Awning professionaly custom made for this trailer. Easily zips together so you can set up as much of it as you want.

Hydraulic disk brakes fitted to front axel with rocker suspension.

Side door for easy access (lockable). Padlock on rear door.

Angled front for wind aerodynamics.

Tows great. Have taken this to Whakatane (from Wellington) a couple of times.
