Description
German styling – V8 Power
BMW E30 3 series repowered with Rover Vanden Plas Alloy V8. Endless hours of research and build time went into this car. Hunted far and wide for just the right parts. Took over a year to build.
Engine: Rover 3.5l (215 cubic inch), light weight Alloy block, so lighter car. Engine dropped for lower center of gravity. Oil plan modified with side inlets added - so can add extra capacity or cooler if you want.
Intake manifold: John Wolf Racing Offenhauser Dual Port
Carb: Holley 450 (4 barrel mechanical secondaries) – tuned by Blackwood Motors, Holley pressure reducing regulator. K&N air filter.

Cam: New Cam machined with Harcourt profile, new lifters and timing chain fitted. Head machined and Composite head gaskets fitted.
Brakes: Dual (2) remote VH44 vacuums.
Exhaust: Custom made 4-2-1 each side, through dual straight through center located Mercedes muffler, into single 3” muffler
Gearbox: Toyota W58 5 speed, shorten lever
Bell housing: converted rover to Toyota by Air NZ engineer
Diff: BMW 3.45 (Spare one included). Custom made single piece drive shaft by Circle Track Engineering
Suspension: Custom made adjustable anti roll bar with multiple setting by East Coast Engineering. Solid wishbone mounts (for solid response)
Steering wheel: Momo
Extra gauges: oil pressure, vacuum, volts
Interior: BMW Black leather seats and door panels.
Exterior: Genuine BMW Motorsport front valance and M Tech II boot spoiler.
Fully Certified: Low Volume Vehicle Certification
EXTRA BONUS comes with spare body: all panels and glass, seats, suspension, brakes, and other interior parts etc so plenty of spares. Just what you need if racing or for track days.
Not used for a while, some rust.
