Daimler 104 1958

This is a 1958 Daimler 104. Automatic transmission (not the earlier pre-selector). Engine is 6 cylinder 3.5 litre ohv. Basically one owner since new. Genuine mileage is just over 108,000 miles (about 170,000 km). Generally the car is very sound although some areas of surface rust have been treated (shown with primer paint in the photos). The old trafficators have been removed and replaced with blinker lights some years ago. Over $14,000 was spent on the engine, brakes, electrics, etc., nearly 20 years ago and the car has only done about 1,000 miles since then (receipts available). Rego is on hold. No WOF. I had the engine started a week ago and drove the car up and down the drive. This auction/sale is on an as is/where is basis and no guarantee is given as to the condition or warrantability of the vehicle. The AA badge seen in the photos is not included in the auction.
