Ford Cortina Mk1 Estate 1965
Description
Christina the Cortina is reluctantly for sale. We purchased her 2 years ago in Christchurch and finished off the restoration and got her back on the road. Since then we have done 15000 miles in two years with few problems. Cruises nicely at the speed limit. Uses no oil and runs beautifully. 1500 pre crossflow motor with Weber 32/36 and 4 speed on the floor. Disc brakes in front and brake booster.
Excellent body, very straight - a few rust spots but nothing of note. Was painted 3 odd years ago in original beige.

Wonderfully reliable and a great conversation starter with everybody.
Interior requires finishing, carpets fitted, air ducts, upholstery is excellent in the back and a few tears in the front. Good hoodlining. Dashtop requires upgrade.
Lots of spares came with her which we havent touched - best to talk to me.
100% there with original door/boot cards etc. Original papers and manuals etc.
