Engine: Holden 186 cub inch. Performance cam. Large valve head with hardened valve seats. (No additives required) 202 carb and manifold. Crane pointless ignition. Automatic fan with radiator cover for river crossings.

Gear Boxes: Series 3 all syncro with Fairey overdrive giving 25% higher ratio in all gears

Steering: Power assist ram - unusual for a vintage LR

Wheels: Steel 8 spoke. Kumho Powerguard and Sumitomo Serengeti all terrain 31x10.50x15 tyres - tubed so can be run at a low pressure off road. AVM front locking hubs. Wheel arch covers.

Charging: Dual batteries with isolating charging. High capacity alternator. Wired for winch and refrigerator.

Fuel: Twin 10 gallon tanks with fuel cock and gauges

Towing: Tow hooks front and rear. Tow bar. Fully wired for van (power from batteries to van)

Body: Safari top with double skin roof. Four vents and alpine glass. Expedition roof rack with access ladder
