factory two seater. first rego'd in nz in 1971 343 280hp 4v v8. (was originally a 390 ) Borg warner M11 H/D cast iron auto LSD 3.55 got this car as a sandblasted shell and have put together over the past couple of years . since buying the car I've bought a new house that needs a decent workshop so am selling to fund that.

If this doesn't sell in the next few months I may sell my Javelin instead

Quite rare in the states and more so in NZ but parts are very easy to come by. They made 19000 for the years '68 ,69 and 70 with just over 8000 made in 1969. . fairly tidy car , interior ok ,paint job is a 10 footer , is is what it is,not perfect but quite presentable,has been on a rotisserie to fix any rust in the shell. motor runs well ,no smoke or funny noises, I have done a valve grind and headset on it,trans seems to work fine, shifts ok though I would get it serviced before taking it any great distance as the guy I bought it of said it sat dry for quite a few years.I have only filled it with oil and straightened out a bent modulator which was stopping it from shifting gears.. there may be a few odds and bits too do ,will post more as it comes to mind,there is a couple of bits of chrome missing but have modded some to fit in. Have not driven the car a lot ,just around town whilst sorting it.hoping to take it out this weekend if the rain stops !
