All we hear from the manager is "NO"

The gentleman that sold the car was good. Unfortunately after immediately driving off the lot the car had barely enough fuel to make it to a petrol station, the car needs an urgent wheel alignment as it's pulling left and the battery in one of the keys is flat rendering the car useless. It was a real shame as it really soured the experience overall. We would like the wheel alignment and key battery situation to be remedied.
