Overall we had a good experience. The staff were willing to work with us to get a pre purchase inspection done and acted on some of the minor issues raised. The one disappointing thing was that the first stop we had to make was to fill the car with fuel as we left the dealer with the fuel light flashing. Even half a tank would have been appreciated.

Sold a car which i then discovered had broken air conditioning. took it to the dealer as requested by your customer care team had the fault confirmed but after 3 days told i have to pay to have it inspected at a garage of your choosing with no garuntee of the repair being completed. Due to delays this can now not be done until i return from overseas in 3 weeks.
