Awesome

We were wanting to complete purchase. Paperwork went to a counter. We were told we had to wait and see another woman to get offered insurance etc which we didn't want or need as have own company we deal with. Well an hour went by, us just hanging about waiting for this woman to come see us. Just for us to say no thanks to her deals. We were angry about that.

I went to the Rotorua branch and all the staff were just so lovely and friendly. Making the wait and overall experience very pleasant. We got helped really quickly by sale staff. The finance went through with out any issues and I fell we were offered the best deal we could negotiate. Then finally when it came to making the deposit payment and signing the final paperwork the ladies at the front desk were a hoot and fun friendly. Rotorua has a great team!
