Overall a competent service

Stephanie was excellent. The low score on trade in was due to alow ball trade in offer of $500, however Turners agreed to my counter offer of $1000 (and I understand turners need to make a profit). I was hoping for $2000 trade in but accepted the $1000. Turners Rotorua looks like it is still being established/set up. There was no kids area, you guys need more couches, a water/drinking fountain, an internet hotdesk to assist customers with bank access, a cell phone charger for customers like me and the wife and both phones were flat. The biggest delay to the whole transaction was internet access/connectivity. The car we got was value for money. Similar models with near identical milage/year were at least $2000 more expensive in Auckland or Palmerston north
