Lucas was exceptionally friendly and was the reason we felt we could come back and buy a car coming in from Manukau. We were disappointed that the car didn't appear to have been detailed when we did pick it up - there was hair on all the seats, dried dirt on and around the steering wheel, the Registration slip/plastic was falling off the windshield, and heaps of other little dirty things. Front desk was friendly enough but Billie didn't/couldn't explain what the forms were that she was asking us to sign on pick up day which made the pick up process uncomfortable for me having paid car-unseen.

The team was really helpful on my purchase, they were hands on. They were also really helpful on what was the ins and out of the car that I wanted to purchase. So thanks again to the people at Rotorua Turners for helping me out.

This was Turners Rotoruas first week of opening, it was a bit unorganized as staff were still finding their feet, and they were in a temporary building. They did great considering and the communication was excellent! Super friendly, welcoming and approachable team.
