James helped me a lot to picked the right car. I think I will buy it my second car in there again. This is my first experience buying a car in Nz and it went great.

The staff was very helpful in allowing me to perform the test drive and also for the payment. I am very happy with the purchase and service. Just one comment, I would suggest for the staff to be more aware about the items that are put in their desks so they know immediately if any customers left any belongings. In my case, I forgot my apartment keys in the front desk, but when I called the staff had less effort to look for my keys, although it is just a small cabin. I had to take a train and uber from Sylvia Park to check whether my key was left at the North shore branch. Fortunately I found it in the front desk along with other car keys.
