My customer service experience with Saurabh (Sam) in Wairau was awesome!!. I believe he is an amazing consultant and does he job very well and to high standards. He helped me purchase my vehicle and was full of knowledge about the whole vehicle in general. Saurabh (Sam) deserves some recognition for his awesome worth ethic.

Fast process , clear explanations, good job NZ cheap cars! And price is reasonable!

Only complaint was when I turned up at the yard on the north shore at 10am yard was not open and I had to wait for 39 minutes plus car was not ready for me so had to wait for staff to move cars and get it out then put plates on even though it had been payed for 2 weeks before and told them what time and day I was picking up the car.
