During test drive car was good and had everything that had been put up online. As I drove off and arrived to the nearest gas station I notice that the tow ball had been removed by the staff as it can not just fall off and are usually heavy duty. I felt ripped off and felt like the car dealers had gotten one over me. Very disappointed.
