I visited the lot the day before, just had a quick look around. The salesman Sylas came to me and asked if I needed any help. It was near closing time, however this was no problem for the man. Anyway, I went home with A fair idea what I wanted. The next day the phone rang, it was Syrus, with welcoming me back to check out the cars. I said, be there in around 20mins. So when the children were ready we took off and when for a test drive. Following that, we all went to Sylas's office, made a deal and that was that. He made the process easy, understandable and fun all at the same time. So, thanks to you Mr. Sylas, we love our car, and you made the whole thing a most pleasant experience.
