We recently bought a new caravan from Best Caravans, and Danny was fantastic throughout the process. He was knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy, helping us find exactly what we needed. Overall experience was good. Danny and his staff were friendly and pleasant. Perhaps some of the smaller things were missed. i.e. The cover on the electrical lead was not screwed on. The impression was given that a gas detector was automatically supplied whereas we had to ask for one. Perhaps confusion there as I meant an LPG detector whereas we were supplied a carbon monoxide. We wonder why the plastic on the carpets was not lifted and the caravan vacuumed for pick up. It may be standard but I would have expected the cable from the solar panel on the roof to the caravan connection would have been better secured rather than just lying across the roof. Also we noted leaves and rubbish when flushing the toilet. Ended up emptying and flushing the flush tank several times to clear most of the rubbish.
