I must express the dissatisfaction when the truck I bought, broke down not even 24hours after I travelled 500kms to buy it. Service from this company was average, I asked the guy a couple mechanical questions that he couldn't answer. I bought truck on 23.12.24, it broke down 24.12. 24. I have had to borrow a vehicle for the last 9 days am have only spoken to the salesmen once. I understand it's the Xmas period, but I would be trying my hardest to fix my mistakes if I was in this position?

Dealer response

Hi Roimata, thank you for taking the time to complete this review. I understand that the fanbelt failed, this is usually a very easy problem to repair and can be done in a couple of hours. As you were in Rawene a remote area very far from us on Christmas eve there was no possible way for us to remedy this quickly. We have purchased the new fanbelt and tensioner and had it sent to Rawene workshop for you. We will pay the cost of repair direct to the workshop. Once again sorry this happened on Christmas eve but a fanbelt is just a rubber belt and can fail at times. Workshops are generally not open during the Christmas/New Years period so it does take a bit longer to repair during the holiday times. Hope you enjoy the vehicle from now.

Overall, the service was prompt, polite and knowledgeable. I had read most of the google reviews before dropping in....I had concern with some of the bad reviews...until I noticed many of them were reviews from a friend of a friend who was the friend of a friend that had a bad experience...It seems the friend of the friend who was a friend of a friend was someone who didn't do their due diligence before buying....multiple times??? My experience went this way...I rocked up to the showroom. I had seen a 2018 Nissan NV350 Caravan with what looked to be a raised rear deck floor with heaps of storage and a great looking roof rack...and only 116,000kms. The van itself looked crisp and tidy. I was greeted by Rocky and I asked about the van....we went and looked at it...I asked him if I could take it for a test drive....he said yes...I then told him I would be going directly to my mechanic so he could have a good look over the van....Rocky has no issue with this. My mechanic found an issue with the differential, everything else was in excellent shape....Evaluating the cost of repair for a differential, while really liking everything else about the van, I was able to negotiate a fair out come for all parties.... So my experience with everyone there, was great...it is an open, honest and 'frank' dealership. I found them to be forthcoming, friendly and open to being fair.....I was extremely happy with the way things were handled, and I am very happy with my purchase....knowing everything I know about the van.....I cannot fault their honesty.
