Hi there, thank you for your feedback and we will take it on board. We usually have 1 sale's person from start to finish who goes through and ensure's all the task's related in the sale of the vehicle and the acquisition of trade are completed correctly. In this occasion the sales person had very little involvement in the overall sale and just called in for a helping hand. Once brought to attention the issue was handled in a matter of seconds. Going forward we will consider this feedback when asking for little bit of help. Thank you Joan
