Had 5 star service from Industry Motors I will recommend them to all my friends and family

Communication was poor and service took longer. Was not happy with the overall service

I have put off filling out this as my car is still not as it should be. The car itself and the customer service regarding buying this car was faultless. However the putting in of the navigation/Bluetooth unit that I was advised to buy has been a nightmare. Firstly the backing camera lines were in the sky not on the ground. The nav system was in German and many things in this unit didn’t work properly. There was no instruction booklet or no written warranty for what I paid for a brand new unit. I understand from the other men who work for industry cars that they have little faith in this satnav company I was sent to by Maurice and they didn’t know why industry continued to use them. The satnav guy Ethan said he couldn’t put the backing camera lower so would order me a new camera without lines which has taken three weeks to arrive. In the mean time the whole unit is malfunctioning the screen goes white and the unit is unusable. The camera being installed in the bumper means it has no protection from the sun or rain which it would have if it was put by the license plate as it should be, so therefore when it’s raining or lots of light the camera is useless. (Not that it’s working now at all anyway). Yesterday Maurice (to his credit he has been chasing Ethan) said when can you bring it in. Ethan said they would give me a courtesy car but seems this is not an option now. However I didn’t buy this unit off Ethan, I bought this unit from Industry and I assumed it would be done properly in the first place (just a tip guys, don’t try to blame a customer for wanting a car quickly... that is no excuse for the bad workmanship. If you can’t do it in the original time you said then pick up the phone and call the client, do not say mistakes were made because they were rushing) As of today a month after I paid for this car I’m still waiting for this to be fixed. And quietly or not so quietly I will happily send people to industry for a car but I will tell them never to use that particular Satnav company for any work. Very disappointed in this part of the deal.
