Kia Ora Team, Overall I was very impressed with the staff and how helpful they were. Greeted myself and my partner as soon as we came into the facilities. I do have one complaint. When I took the vehicle for a test drive I noticed that it was not very clean. There were what looked like either coffee or milkshake spills on the passenger visor and in the backseat handle on the celling. These things were still there when I picked up the car. Tim said that he would contact me back with a date and time of when I could drop the car off to get re valet. I am hoping that will come in this week. I understand this vehicle is second hand, I was just hoping for it to be cleaned and smell like a new car. Nga mihi
