Was a really unfortunate experience, the car was what my wife wanted and Lee was really good. The poor experience was basically all due to Maurice. Just made a lot of confusion for me. The car was listed as sold to me before I'd seen it in person or driven it. The car was missing when I attempted to view it. I signed all the paperwork and was confident the deal was done only to be asked for further income proof. The whole process spanned over 10 days. A vehicle purchase has never taken this long for me ever before. Sorry Maurice, nice guy but that was a poor experience.

I was not entirely happy with the Service , I waited for the Vehicle for 2 Weeks after the deal went through due to items that needed fixing . On collection of the Vehicle we found items were not properly repaired , these were not inspected by the Salesman until I pointed them out , another delay whilst this was being fixed. And as much as I have the Vehicle now there are still some outstanding items that need to be fixed and I have been promised a call when the spares arrive. Communication was poor and each time I initiated contact and this is not good enough. I am not vindictive and give the Dealership a chance to have a chat to their team and improve the Customer experience , the facility is clean , tidy and well maintained just need some Staff to buckle up and be more responsible . I will still recommend the Dealership but changes need to happen.
