V good deling i appreciated

The car I was looking was a Honda Grace white. It had dents and needed paint work. Sales rep said it will done after the holiday So I gave $100 for deposit and ask the sales rep specifically if it’s refundable and he said yes. Didn’t heard anything back about the cosmetic work. While I waiting for that I came across another car and I I purchased it with another dealer. I asked for my deposit back. Shoaib said ’we have a non refundable policy’. Bad experience.

I wouldn’t come back here. They sold me a car that had previous finance. Which is illegal in NZ. Took far too long to clear it and give me any kind of updates. I ended up calling the finance company and sorting myself in approx 2 hours.
