Great service from Wellington, easy trade in and sales and purchase process from afar

I was supported by Jayden McDermott and he was fantastic. Easy to talk to, I felt relaxed as he supported me exceptionally well with all my documents. To be honest because he was so pleasant to work with I intend to let my whanau/family know about the excellent service I received. Thank you Jayden.

Very poor-there appeared to be no interest in assisting once payment was made and at time of handover a professed lack of knowledge of the workings of the car. And non disclosure that there was only 1 key available until after payment and this was regarded by us in a very poor light. We would not deal with this firm again.
