I had a great customer experience with Jon in Richmond. I had heard about a different local dealership which had done their customers wrong in the past and was nervous from reading all those reviews. Jon was very good at clearing any nerves I had about purchasing the car. He also discussed insurance options but when I called AMI, their insurance was slightly cheaper. Jon didn't make a process of trying to convince me to take the insurance he was offering and instead suggested I take the AMI offer. This made me feel comfortable that I wasn't getting ripped off with my purchases.
