The approval of finance was very smooth; however, I was really disappointed in the car that was posted on the website and the time of delivery to Cromwell. I selected the Honda CRV first, but Jean told me that the car has rust on the undercarriage. That was an honest comment from Jean, and I greatly appreciated it. 2nd was the Toyota CHR 2018 that I've selected to purchase; however, Jean told me that the car did not pass the compliance. My only question is, why is the True Value Cars website posting cars that are not fit or in compliance? I have appreciated Jean for delivering the car last ANZAC holiday, but I was really disappointed because she had told me that the car would be delivered in 2-3 days only if the finance was approved. I know that there is a long holiday at that time, but please don't say any date that you cannot manage to provide for the customer.
