Dealing with Turners gave me a huge sense of relief. I had been to other dealerships and i couldn’t fully trust their service and often lack of knowledge, but Turners were professional!
Regarding the Insurance process, I mistakingly purchased 3 years Mechanical Repair Ins, because I hadn’t realised the AA Roadside Assist I purchased in February was the same thing. I also was awarded 12 mths AA RS Assist upon passing my licence resist upon arriving back in NZ from living overseas, so I’ll have to sort that with AA. So I am currently over-insured and in the process of cancelling the Mechanical Repair Ins. The only thing I’d suggest is if the lovely lady who I took me through the process had asked if I already had this kind of insurance first! Other than that, she was amazing to work with, as was the two guys who helped me buy a car! Many thanks!
