I picked up the car on Sunday from the Rotorua branch . I had previously emailed Turners that I am 74 years old and my previous car had only a aircon system and a radio. That was to let them know I did need assistance on how it all worked in the new car . Stephanie tried her best to give me a very rapid rundown on all the features but also admitted she was not fully convercent with the particular model. The car was given a quick wash but was still in a very grubby condition . I really think it should have been groomed before it left Turners in Auckland . I mean there are black marks on the insides of the doors and side panels . Sure some one had sprayed some armour all, around but it was a poor effort. Am I very happy with the service , not really , Turners Auckland could have done a lot better for the money I paid . Profit is not everything , customer satisfaction is very important too.
