The female manager Mel that we spoke with had not processed our paper work to the finance team multiple times, seemed quite incompetent so we ended up sending it off ourselves. I would give Mel a 1 star. The other workers were polite and much more helpful.

It was very disappointing. As a first time car buyer and owner, the experience was underwhelming and disappointing. There was little to no assistance in the car park when choosing and looking at cars, there was little to no assistance regarding making the right choice, and when purchasing the vechile, it was not really appreciated from their side and we were left to drive off without knowing where to exit and if we were allowed to go when the car was handed over in which there was no petrol and we had to immediately stop to fill the tank as the petrol light was on. The only compliment I can give is to Danielle who worked with the actual paying part. She was kind in assisting us.
