Process was smooth. Although when I emailed to ask if car I was interested in was still available it felt they became a bit pushy trying to close the sale. I would have preferred to complete paperwork etc when I arrived in store which I did. Rather than being bombarded with calls from manager and emails etc to go through. Overall happy with our purchase and process so far though. Love our new car.

Mary from Finance team, was a great help, with this being my first ever Car dealership purchase through finance she helped me understand some of the things I needed to decide on, she got me a great interest rate, and was always their to answer my questions, made the transaction nice, easy and smooth.
