Trade-in Process

One issue is that the car was sold with an empty tank, showing the fuel light.

Salesman helpful to point out the position of the advertised car on the far side of the yard. Checked it out and came back to the office. Delay to get keys for a test drive (20 minutes stated). Attentive sales staff when we returned, significant wait to complete formal sales paper work. Turners to get back bumper attachment fixed. Deposit paid. Sat 19th Apr. Vehicle to be collected when advised repairs made - no contact from Turners by Thurs 24th Apr. Called to follow up. Vehicle still not available. Disappointed with the lack of follow-up contact.
