Good set up, young salesman Johnny needs more patience and didn't hide irritation well. Yvan stepped in was very personable as Johnny didn't tell me he was not available. I was offered peanuts for my vehicle but I had already bought the Honda and went through with the part exchange. I was not told I had to pay rucs and no sticker on car so I will have admin to do! No mention of this

Look guys, I was happy to buy this car from you as it was what I wanted and your follow up systems were impressive, but your paperwork was chaotic and almost illegible in places and almost everything legally you should have offered had funny sort of opt-outs which I was willing to accept as a customer who knows her rights, but it just felt unpleasant. And the car arrived dirty inside and out. Just not a great experience that inspired trust (not terrible, just not great) and if I hadn't wanted that particular car I probably wouldn't have bought from you. Not complaining exactly, but as you've asked I just thought you should know.
