Compliments to the Turners Porirua and North Shore teams for their excellent assistance throughout my car purchase process, including arranging delivery to the Rotorua branch. Their support made the initial steps of buying my car a pleasure. My experience changed upon collecting the vehicle in Rotorua. I was met with a with attitude from the administration team and the car’s exterior was dirty, with paint numbers from the shipment still on the windscreen. No one offered to remove the paint, and I left feeling uncomfortable in that environment. Although the paint obstructed my view, I managed to drive the car home. I am disappointed by the condition in which it was handed over. Thank you to the Porirua and North Shore teams for their professionalism, though I hope Rotorua can enhance their customer experience in the future.
