I had an awesome experience with Shelley and I went in and test drove two cars and told her I’d be back to choose and we had agreed on a price for a my trade in. When I came back she was off sick ?? and I talked to jade and I went through the process of setting up my finance and doing all the paper work and once I was pretty much set jade turned around and tried to under cut my agreement with Shelley by $700 ! It was a total waste of my time . I left that day . In total honesty if I had dealt with jade from the start I would have never gone through with the purchase. Shelley was an amazing sales person very personable and easy to talk to .
