Just a couple of things brought down the excellent rating. We did have some difficulty in signing the online form and made a muck up of it thought we could redo it but once it was gone it was gone. It seemed to have accepted the dash Shane did for his signature. I was concerned the vehicle still had finance owing on it so paid for a check myself only to find it was clear.

It was okay was made to wait nearly an hour for my car to be ready and there was a piece broken that I was not aware of

The whole experience was a waste to f time and completely unprofessional. A complete lack of knowledge and customer service. And an absolute extortionate price. Aggressive lending and discrimination at best! Hated it!
