Fast to sell the vehicle but hard to get hold of for assistance.

Friendly professional team who knows how to sell cars. My experience was that the salesperson was more focused on helping me relax and make a purchase rather than accurately answering the questions I had about the vehicle. He didn't really seem to know much about the car and answered some of my questions incorrectly. Test drive was slow around the block in traffic and didnt enable me to get a good deel for the car. Didnt gelp that the fuel light was on too. The car i traded had an almost full tank of gas. I was only given a few litres of gas when i purchased the car. A full tank would have made me feel more positive as I drove away. Manager was true to his word and reimbursemed me for a battery as car had trouble starting at the yard. So far seems like an OK car. I appreciated the atmosphere and professionalism of Turners staff and office environment. It made the whole experience comfortable and minimized stress.
