Although we have given an overall rating of 3 we were disappointed with our experience for the following reasons: 1. Pick up day, the payment process took far too long because there was a staff change from the business manager we had dealt with for the sale and deposit the day before. The papers should have been drawn up ready to go. Instead the new staff produced documents with the wrong figures / pricing causing confusion and delay. 2. The car grooming did not meet the high standard we'd been promised. 3. A car is a big investment and alongside our trades we paid a significant cash price. The whole process felt as insignificant as paying for groceries at the supermarket! It wasnt that the staff weren't friendly or polite, more that it wasn't treated as a "valued" business exchange.

Anup and Lakhveer were extremely helpful and patient. Easy to ask questions to them as they are approachable and know their trade well.

I was treated with respect and expertise. All my wants and needs in purchasing the Kia Sportage were met. Jacob and Alfred who dealt with me were terrific!
