I did a trade in on my vehicle for another vehicle that was actually at the Turners in Tauranga - The staff were real helpful and great to work with, they even were able to arrange transportation for the vehicle I wanted to be at there site. Made it so much easier for me.

Hugo Ruiz, your consultant was excellent, he was flexible in dealing with our requests, super efficient in organising test drives and knowledgable about the vehicle's operation. His explanations were very clear and he offered without being asked, a courtesy car (we were using a rental that had to be returned), great service, great guy and I would recommend him and Turners to anyone. Your finance member was excellent too (apologies I forgot his name, starts with "V" maybe) clear explanations and knowledgable about different insurance packages - great. Thanks a lot.
