I was looking for a Ute for my son, I tried out 4 different vehicles on offer then spotted one on the screen that wasn't in the yard. The manager approved my deposit, and a staff member phoned me as soon as the vehicle was available for me to look at. They also let me take it to my mechanic to check over. The vehicle had an issue with the break leaver that got sorted twice, nothing I asked for was a problem. I was very happy with the service and staff at the Palmerston North branch.
